Refund & Return Policy

At Laxmi Traders, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a smooth return and refund experience.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase if they meet the conditions below:

    • Item is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

    • Invoice/bill is presented.

    • No installation has been done on the product.

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Products purchased on special order or clearance sale.

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

    • Products that are damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or negligence.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • We will arrange replacement or full refund after inspection.

  • Transport damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery itself.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.

  • Refund method:

    • Online payments → refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

    • Cash on delivery/wholesale invoices → refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different model or product of equal or higher value.

  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer.


5. Wholesale / Project Orders

  • For bulk or project-based orders, returns are accepted only if:

    • The product is defective or damaged when received.

  • Once installed at site, products cannot be returned.
