Refund & Return Policy
At Laxmi Traders, we stand by the quality of every product we sell. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a smooth return and refund experience.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery/purchase if they meet the conditions below:

Item is unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

Invoice/bill is presented.

No installation has been done on the product.

Returns are not accepted for:

Products purchased on special order or clearance sale.

Customized or made-to-order items.
-
Products that are damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or negligence.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will arrange replacement or full refund after inspection.

Transport damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery itself.
3. Refunds

Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.

Refund method:

Online payments → refunded to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.

Cash on delivery/wholesale invoices → refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for a different model or product of equal or higher value.

Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
5. Wholesale / Project Orders

For bulk or project-based orders, returns are accepted only if:

The product is defective or damaged when received.

Once installed at site, products cannot be returned.
